INSERT AN EMAIL SIGNATURE:
Most email programs provide the feature of adding a 'signature'
to your emails. A signature is a picture, code, message or greeting that
is automatically added to all your outgoing emails.
You configure it once and then it is
automatically sent. Signatures can be changed at any time easily.
Usually it is under TOOLS or OPTIONS
You can create custom signatures for different
types of audiences.
- In Microsoft Word, on the
Tools menu, click Options,
and then click the General
tab.
- Click E-mail Options, and
then click the E-mail Signature
tab.
- In the Type the title of your
e-mail signature or choose from the list
box, type a name for your signature.
- Under Create your e-mail
signature, insert the text or pictures, or
copy and paste a banner.

SEND AN EMAIL PAGE:
This can be configured at the same place as the
signature configuration if your email program provides this tool.
Otherwise , right click
on your mouse and choose SEND TO. This will take
you to your email program IF you have outlook express or windows mail or
an email program that is NOT web based. If you
cannot send the page then simply copy the ADDRESS that is in your address bar and
send as a link. |
